Approach
What you have, you were given.
The roots of Neveoh lie in stewardship, from a Christian background. You don't own what you have — you look after it, for others and for the generations after us.
Our purpose follows from it: a future where people and businesses have broken the silos of their market — free to act on their own terms, and building regeneratively for generations ahead.
Through management and shareholding we help build and steward the companies that make it practical.
- 1
Look not only to your own interest, but also to that of the other.
- 2
Leave nothing unused that could help someone else further.
- 3
Put what you were given to work for others, instead of keeping it safe in the ground.
How we build
Start with shared value
Technology only matters when it changes what a value chain can do. We begin with the participants, the friction between them and the value that becomes possible when they can work together.
Connect without taking control
Breaking a silo should not mean creating a larger one. Every participant keeps authority over its data, identity and commercial relationship while the ecosystem gains a trusted way to collaborate.
Build until it operates
A strategy deck does not change a market. We turn an idea into working infrastructure, onboard the first participants and stay behind the service as it scales.
Values
1H
Protium — hydrogen-1
In physics and chemistry, protium is hydrogen-1: the most basic element, found everywhere, and the only naturally occurring stable isotope. Stable on its own — yet always looking to bond with another element.
“Every time a union takes place, energy is created; with this new bond something new is produced.”
Eight values, first written down at Protium, follow from it:
- Good stewardshipRentmeesterschap
- Care for the data, resources and relationships entrusted to us. Take responsibility for our impact on people and planet, including future generations.
- Purpose driven
- Start with a worthwhile outcome for people and organisations. Let that purpose guide what we build and the opportunities we choose.
- Think BIG
- Look beyond one organisation or today’s constraints. Imagine how an entire value chain could work better, then take a practical first step.
- Connected
- Bring people, knowledge and organisations together. Break silos through trusted collaboration while respecting each participant’s identity, relationships and autonomy.
- Curious and creative
- Ask questions, challenge assumptions and explore unfamiliar connections. Experiment with partners and learn from what happens in practice.
- Customer centric
- Understand the people who depend on the service. Listen closely, respect the customer relationship and make technology useful in their everyday work.
- Founder mentality
- Take ownership when an opportunity or problem becomes clear. Bring ideas to life and stay involved as they become working services.
- Digital leadership
- Help organisations navigate change with direction and responsibility. Connect ambition to architecture, people and operations so digital progress creates lasting value.
